Offerings

We support individuals, communities, and organisations who are navigating harm, conflict, or the desire to build more just and caring ways of being together. Our aim is to help build cultures where trust can grow, power can be shared, and conflict isn’t avoided or feared. Along the way, we offer space to learn the practices, tools and ways of being that make long-term change and collective well-being possible.

Our work includes:

Our workshops and learning spaces are places to slow down and be in practice together. They’re for anyone wanting to explore how we meet conflict, how we hold one another through difficulty, how we grow what makes repair possible. These sessions draw from restorative and transformative justice, but they are also shaped by the people in the room and the questions we carry.

Workshops & Learning Spaces

Conflict is inevitable but many of us haven’t had spaces to learn how to move through it with care. We offer one-on-one sessions for people navigating conflict or harm, providing a space to be heard and explore possible next steps. A facilitator from AJ meets you where you are, helping you move through difficulty, consider accountability or connect with resources.

Relational Conflict & Repair Support

We work with collectives, community groups, and organisations who want to build cultures that can hold conflict, respond to harm and sustain care over time.

This might look like:

  • Developing shared practices around power, accountability and decision-making

  • Exploring how the group responds to harm and tension over time

  • Creating frameworks and structures that support repair and prevent recurring harm

  • Growing ways of relating that reflect restorative and transformative justice principles

Each process is shaped in collaboration, based on your context and needs. Our role is to walk alongside you offering guidance, facilitation, and tools that support deeper trust, shared responsibility, and lasting change.
